jaet9 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jaet9 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jaet9 online gaming and sports betting platform, including all services, features, content and functionality made available through jaet9.pro. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use jaet9 in any capacity.

By accessing jaet9, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your account if one has been opened.

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships and trusts may not hold player accounts.
• You must register using your own accurate identity information. Providing false identity details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You may hold only one jaet9 account. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on jaet9 or on any other platform under which jaet9 operates a self-exclusion policy.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player may register exactly one account on jaet9. Registration requires a valid mobile number to which you have exclusive access, as this number serves as your primary account identifier and is used for OTP-based verification and password recovery.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. jaet9 will never ask you for your password.
• All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jaet9 support immediately via live chat. jaet9 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• jaet9 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to void any bets or transactions associated with duplicate accounts. Any balance in a duplicate account will be forfeited.
• Account registration implies acceptance of these Terms and all applicable policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

jaet9 may, at its sole discretion, refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Players in certain jurisdictions may be restricted from accessing the platform in compliance with applicable law.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

jaet9 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions on the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where technically possible, less any applicable transaction fees.
• jaet9 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply charges. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their payment provider.
• Deposits are credited to your jaet9 wallet upon confirmation from the payment network. jaet9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile network outages.

Players may withdraw available (non-bonus, fully wagered) funds from their jaet9 wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and is non-negotiable.
• jaet9 targets processing of withdrawal requests for KYC-verified accounts within minutes. Processing times for unverified accounts or requests requiring manual review may be longer.
• jaet9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed KYC verification.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and wagered-through bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

jaet9 offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. The general bonus conditions below apply to all jaet9 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds may be used for wagering but are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) is completed.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total before withdrawal is permitted). The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered player and may not be transferred, shared or combined with another player's account or bonus.
• jaet9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where jaet9 reasonably believes the offer is being exploited or abused.
• Each welcome bonus or first-deposit bonus is available once per player, per household and per device. Attempts to claim the same introductory offer multiple times constitute bonus abuse.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same general bonus conditions unless specifically stated otherwise. Winnings from free spins will typically carry a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jaet9. jaet9 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the following behaviours will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity during any stage of account registration, KYC verification or transaction processing.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Arbitrage and matched betting abuse: Systematically placing bets designed to exploit bonus offers or pricing errors rather than genuine wagering activity, particularly where such bets are hedged or reversed on external platforms.
• Money laundering: Using jaet9 as a vehicle for processing, layering or integrating the proceeds of criminal activity, or conducting any transaction that would constitute a money laundering or financing offence under applicable law.
• Automated wagering: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets, interact with games or exploit platform functionality without the manual participation of a human player.
• Harassment and abuse: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory or offensive language toward jaet9 staff or other players in any communication channel including live chat and support tickets.

jaet9 reserves the right to determine, in its sole reasonable discretion, whether prohibited conduct has occurred. Where jaet9 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may void bets, forfeit balances, close accounts, and where required by law, report the conduct to the relevant authorities.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets on jaet9, including cricket, football, kabaddi and all other sports. Sport-specific rules and market-specific rules may supplement these general rules and are published in the relevant betting market interfaces.

• All bets are final once confirmed. jaet9 does not offer a cash-out or bet cancellation facility for standard pre-match or in-play bets unless explicitly indicated in the specific betting market.
• Bets placed after the event has commenced (in-play bets) are accepted at jaet9's discretion. jaet9 reserves the right to void in-play bets where the bet was placed after the relevant outcome was already determined, regardless of any system latency that may have permitted the bet to be registered.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or suspension, settlement rules specific to that market type and sport will apply. For cricket, BPL and IPL matches that are reduced in overs due to weather or other factors are settled in accordance with the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable.
• Pricing errors — including odds offered at manifestly incorrect prices due to a technical fault — may be voided by jaet9 at any time before or after settlement. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's wallet.
• The maximum payout per event, per day, per player is subject to limits set by jaet9 from time to time. These limits are published in the relevant betting market interface and may differ by sport and market type.

7. Responsible Gaming and Age Verification

jaet9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions are binding on both jaet9 and all registered players.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, a limit reduction takes immediate effect; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect.
• Session time-outs: Players may set a session time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which they will be unable to access their account or place bets. This tool is available immediately on request via the account settings or live chat.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they may have a problem with gambling may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting jaet9 support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are binding for the period selected. jaet9 will not accept re-registration attempts from self-excluded players during the exclusion period.
• Age verification: jaet9 conducts age verification checks at registration and may request additional documentation at any time. Where age verification reveals that a player is under 21, the account will be closed immediately, all bets will be voided and any deposits will be returned less any applicable fees.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

jaet9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances. Where an account is closed by jaet9 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including confirmed instances of fraud, collusion, prohibited conduct or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jaet9, or submission of forged, altered or fraudulent verification documents.
• Discovery that a player is under the minimum age of 21, has previously been self-excluded, or has registered from a restricted jurisdiction.
• A reasonable compliance or AML concern that requires jaet9 to restrict account activity pending investigation. In such cases, jaet9 will investigate as promptly as reasonably practicable.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting jaet9 support via live chat. On voluntary closure, any real-money balance that has been verified will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Limitation of Liability

jaet9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jaet9 disclaims all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. jaet9 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or free of other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jaet9's aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform, these Terms, or any transaction conducted on jaet9, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jaet9 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the platform.

10. Amendments to These Terms

jaet9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jaet9 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via a notice on the platform or via the contact details associated with their account. The effective date of any amendment will be stated in the updated Terms document.

Your continued use of jaet9 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.
